Return policy
Any services are final and cannot be refunded. For any undamaged product return it to our store within 3 days of receiving the product and we will exchange or offer a refund.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We warranty all glasses except for final sale orders for one year. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. Final sale items are entitled to a one year lenses warranty only.

If you have trouble with using your prescription you are entitled to a free prescription recheck within 30 days.
